I don't have a ton of time to flash...but I do tonight. What are the big changes (if any) that are coming...and is it worth waiting for the changes? I'm sorry to pester you - just frustrated with ActiveSync not working and Internet Sharing not working - hell, I can't even get my phone to detect on my computer to add/remove files from it.

Oh ****e. I just realized I have a bit of a problem...if I can't even get my phone to be detected on my computer, how am I going to flash? WTF.

It connects and charges...but that's it. It doesn't show up in My Computer and ActiveSnyc won't work. Ugh.

Throw it into bootloader.

Power Button, Reset Button, Volume Up Button simultaneously

It doesn't matter to me which splash screen you use, my phone is so stable it rarely needs a reboot.. And when it does its so fast I can barely see the splash screen!!
