You need to install either the Sprint PicMail cab, or Arcsoft MMS, I personally recommend Arcsoft!

Well actually.. I've experienced some downtime on your site lately. I tried downloading some skins last night and nothing was working for about 30 minutes. I tried on a PC, and my PRO w/ IE6 and Opera. Your homepage was working.. just dl's were a little jacked.
