The Pro isn't that bad to take apart. If you could do the mogul, you can manage with the Pro. I've replaced a few screens already.

I searched, but only found people asking the same question as me without an answer. Is there anyway to disable the slide to answer feature on the dialer? I would rather use pocketshield to guard against answering accidentally.

You would have to find the old phonecanvas, or switch to a ROM that didn't already have the Slide2Answer in it.

Where can I revert the size of the scrollbars to their default size?

Check in Juggalo's thread...I think he used to have a cab to revert to the stock dialer.

I installed Advanced Config and under "User Interface" there is an option for Vertical scrollbar width. I think Mike uses 18 pixels, the default is 13.
