... I was hoping to get MightyMike to have it in the next release, but I see that once this hit a internet site like wmpowerusers, someone would come on here and say something, and here you are...

Thanks Arelas. I wasn't sure if it was really that easy or of there were some services I needed to remove as well. I don't know VC too well as I never use it.

Back when I had my mogul (same ram starved situation), I moved the lnk to the \windows\start menu\progams folder. I was then able select it to show up in the start menu and turn it on when I needed it (in the car) and use dotfred to kill it when I didn't. You can also just turn it on and off in personal settings.

Ok, so I have to take my TP to Sprint since there is like a huge dead pixel in the middle of the screen. You can only see it when the screen is off. To take it back I suppose I have to go back to stock ROM and change the radio to Sprint stock one? is there anything else I should do? Do i need to lock the phone again or something since its unlocked?

Some people say they have returned a few unlocked with no problems. But I would lock it. And of course change to stock rom/radio.
