I think that based on these results, I'm going to hard reset and do a fresh re-install of everything.

Actually, I solved the GPS issue.

The GPS now works like a charm.

I still have the screen flickering issue on the incoming calls. It Flickers with some screen for few times and gives the screen to "Answer / Ignore" the calls.

Any help to solve the screen flicker issue is much appreciated.

Is microsoft voice command removed from the latest rom?

EDIT: looks like it isnt, but when I install it using the cab, there is no icon for it in the settings, anyone know how to put it there?

Anyone has an idea how i could prevent the phone from locking when using google maps, so i could use as a gps in my car?

What do you mean by locking? Does your GPS work at all?

Works great for me. It is not an MR6 problem.

I have a message stuck in the inbox. I have deleted all the messages. I went in and had it clear new message, but when I go to an empty inbox and go to all messages the inbox still shows (1) how can I clear this??
