Is there a way to change the mapping to the action button? For example I would like it to open Icontact instead of asking me to enter new contact info. Chad

Take a look in the registry at: HKLM\Software\HTC\Biotouch\ActionScreen\APP_8

Thanks for the help tsousan. I was able to revert back to a different ROM from the SD card and get the phone working again. You're a lifesaver.

Thanks very much kevank for the ROM, it's great. I've flashed 1.4, 1.5 and now 1.7.

One issue I can't figure out is what I think is called Auto Correct. When I am typing stuff the suggestions keep overwriting what I am type. This is really frustrating when I try and input my email address.

I've gone to Start -> Setting -> Input -> Word Completion and turned off 'Enable Auto Correct' and done a reboot but this stupid 'feature' still seams to be active. Any suggestions on how I could correct this?
