Hm, the keyboard lag does seem to be because of the large number of texts i have on my phone. I just tried typing in notepad and there's no lag at all. So it seems that it's being caused by the SMS app and the 6000 texts i have saved lol.

Biggest bug for me is that when the phone rings, half the time the answer/ignore screen doesn't come up. The phone just displays whatever screen was active before the phone rang but the ringer still plays. I can answer sometimes by hitting the hard answer button, but i dont know who is calling because i cant see the caller ID.

Anyone else have this issue?

I was having this issue when I had Display Owner info when powered on option turned on, once I disabled that, the caller id worked fine...

i deleted all my texts after i loaded this rom yesterday (pim backup just didnt want to show them threaded nicely...), and i still have lag when typing text messages, with zero texts saved.... wassupwitdat? i know this was an issue on the stock sprint rom as well.

I had this same problem, the solution was as follows:

Open up a 3rd party task manager and you will see that smartphone is still running. Kill it then launch it from the programs page (not the program\tools folder although this may not matter)

This fixed it for me but hopefully I never have to use the service.

I also thought that a similar service that activates the ringer after a certain text would be great so that if you misplace your phone while on silent you can activate the ringer with a special password, anyone know if this exists?

You should add this app to the next build. Kind of like Oxios Hibernate, but actually works on the Touch Pro. App actually made specifically for the Touch Pro and Diamond. Check it out.

vlad... hahaha... first of all i changed the getgpspos to where u at... and so if they really wanted to know they can google it. lol... secondly... there is a simple code to use to make your phone ring... its your phone #. why txt a code when u can call it?


ill try that kill prog way... oh and updayte on the bt. it doesnt work on the first or second radio button... as if audio gateway isnt even installed. sooo... yea... it doesnt announce calls or read txt. pls help.

is there something i can configure in the registry?

oh and btw... something happened to my hard buttons and they dont work. so long press wont work. lol

Perhaps I was not clear but I meant a program that activates the ringer (as in turns it on from being set to silent). If I recall anytime I have called my own or any other cellular phones number when it was set to vibrate or silent it did not ring, however I have also many times misplaced it after a meeting so it was set on silent and thus much more difficult to track down so would need a program to specifically turn the ringer back on to audible not silent or vibrate.
