I have been the in the DC area (using the heck out of my GPS) and there have been no issues. Used the GPS for about 1.5 hours with email push and about 1 hour of talk time and my battery was still good to go at the end of the day.

I had a similiar problem the first time I flashed. It ended up being a flaky USB port. My port allowed me to sync using activesync, but wouldn't allow me to flash. Try using a different USB port on your pc or laptop.

ok wifi issue seems to be resolved...lets just call it operator error...

have been lurking in these other rom threads...esp interesting is the ones running TP2 manila. Does NOT seem that the "newer" version of TF3D is playing nice at all.

Anxious to chk out what KK might be cooking...but then again...I feel strangely comforted in a VERY stable, VERY fast and VERY loaded 1.8

I hate to have to agree with you on this. I've been really looking forward the TF3D2. According to this post at fuzemobility though, some of the biggest bugs have already been worked out. It's just a matter of time, and I think it'll happen in the very near future.

i loaded the new TF2 on KK1.8 last night and besides the occasional slowdown, i have no issues at all with it.
