That sounds like the good ol suspend resume "~GPRS" issue. Check the following Registry entry:
HKLM > Comm > ConnMgr > Planner > Settings > SuspendResume

If it's anything other than #777 that's your problem. Just change it to #777 and test.

Ok I have a question. Can anyone tell me why my keyboard stops working whenever I flash to a new rom? I've had the keyboard replaced 2 weeks ago so I know its new but each time I flash to a new rom it either stops working or lags or presses the last key multiples times as if im holding it down. When I try to flash back to stock rom to take it in to sprint, it works just fine on the stock rom but then when i flash back from stock rom to another rom (this one is my latest), it stops working. And this is right after the customizations finish and everything, without me loading any backups of anything. Any thoughts?

O. the default that comes with the rom - but im talking about the hardware keyboard that doesn't work. Software keyboard works fine, tho i notice that sometimes there is lag with that as well. I usually prefer to use either fingerkeyboard or the cellphone nine key keyboard, but Im using the one that comes with the Calkulin's Touch Pro 23506 ROM v4.2. But its the hardware keyboard that im talking about Im having issues with.

I usually don't have any issues with his keyboards, but the hardware keyboard not working on a ROM is usually a symptom of the SIP. I know doesn't make any sense but that's just the way it is. Try installing this SIP and see if it fixes your hardware keyboard issues.
