Make sure that your internet connections is working on the phone, if thats not working then your phone was not properly programed and you will have to call sprint back to have it reprogrammed.

Is anyone familiar with a way to allow customized ringers for tones other than incoming calls on the htc touch pro? I'd like to be able to use the mp3s i've created using mp3 trimmer for stuff other than incoming calls.

place the files directly in the my documents folder on ur device.

DEVICE \\My Documents

do not put them under any subfolders

I need help to upgrade to this ROM, I have the original version that came with my Sprint HTC Diamond, but I have no idea how to do it, is there a step by step instructions?

Go to the sticky at the top of this forum, it has detailed instruction on how to unlock then flash a new rom. I started flashing roms a few weeks ago and Merdin's is my top choice.

I do have one problem. How can I change my wallpaper? When I go into the today settings and select use this as my background and search it does not pull up any of my jpeg's? It has a default of choosing a picture file but no other files? Also I cannot change to different themes, not that I want to as the current theme is great. Do I need to change some settings in diamond tweak or something?

i'm running the 2.8.5 blue ROM, and now when i attach the phone to my computer via usb it goes directly to internet sharing. the menu that allows you to choose the type of conection does not appear, and i cannot get activesync to connect. has anyone else seen this?

This rom is only for the Touch PRO, but this is how you unlock your phone so you can flash it, and then after you unlock make sure you go to the diamond sections if you have a diamond because this rom only works with touch pro.

Click start menu, then click settings, then go to the connections tab, and click on usb to pc, and the settings are in there.
