honestly I am still using the 48 meg page pool version with damn good battery life. I would like to try a more recent rom, but honestly I don't want to hunt down the versions of some of the cabs/oems you used and re-install them. but so far your 48 meg pp rom is my rom of choice.

rico: flash 3.1 was already on the rom...is your opera build working with flash support?

pat: i stripped 3.0 even more removing mp3 trimmer worldcard...adobe reader...clearview and old jbed platform and replaced it with a new version that supports vga display.

I can vouch for this rom benig super fast but not sure if it did anything to battery usage. I took it off teh charger at 7am and its down to 88% by 10am. Before the flash, it was the same.

I got the nbh I can see about re-raring. will see about hosting it on a mirror but its on my phone so it will take some time.

cool that saves me the trouble of figuring out how to get this uploaded with my phone. though if someone really wants 2.1 (I think that's what this was) with the 48 meg pp let me know and ill see what I can do.

Thanks SO much for removing Active Sync! I tried getting rid of it but without any success. I'll try the Opera that LilRico suggested (Thanks buddy) because I can't stand that the internet globe is inactive.

For all the people reading this, just try the rom and see how much of a difference it makes. The battery life itself is worth it =)

The Opera Beta2 will not work with the TF3D Internet tab, you have to use Opera 9.5 Build 2745 or Build 2392. LilRico has had good luck with 2745 and I am using 2392 successfully as well.

EDIT: corrected the build number from 2932 to 2392.

+1 on the 2745 working...I just don't know if I like the smaller address bar and search bar. It almost defeats the purpose of it being finger friendly. Plus its not up there very often anyways...but that's just my thoughts
