It always says security unlocked on the bootloader screen. you have to look at the spl version below that.
0.35.0000 = locked
0.35.cmonex = unlocked

I need some help with the Touch Pro.... I just got it from Sprint and somehow any RUU that I run sits at 0%. Before I was able to unlock it via SD, but now it just sits at the "Loading..." screen. Does anybody have a fix/method for loading rom other than SD or RUU?

Ok, my apologies I did skip a step on the walkthrough and I will say it again here so if anybody searches and sees this post knows what to do...

I had to run the Soft SPL so I could do the SD update, bypassing the corrupted bootloader I accidentally messed up. I got the phone to boot using mtty giving it the "boot" command on Cmd> and ran the SSPL with an SD card with RAPHIMG.nbh (unlocker) and it unlocked the phone.

I guess you didn't read the third post above yours. The SPL has always said "Security Unlocked". Even when you got the phone brand new. You have to look at the version of the SPL to see if the SPL flash worked or not.

I downloaded the verizon hspl package but it only contains the relocker. now i cant get it unlocked for a new rom. just goes into recovery mode. or connection error. Gets to the rom screen with the percentage bar then disconnects.

the verizon package in the first post contains 3 files. the unlocker is the one named Raphael_CDMA_VZW_HSPL_035.zip

Two quick questions:

1. If I unlocked my phone and haven't changed the ROM, will a hard reset relock the SPL?

2. Is there any danger to leaving the SPL unlocked?

you only need to relock it if you are returning it

every time i go to unlock it, it convects to the pc and starts the process and it just jumps from 0 to a 100 in like seconds and does not unlock my Verizon htc touch pro

ummm...that sounds like it's unlocking it successfully. Did you do step 7 and the "Note" below it, in post #1, to confirm it?

Does .37 work for uscellular touch pro? please help me i do not want to mess anything up. sorry if this was already answered.
