hi i have tried everything and everytime i start the hspl it shows the progress bar only on the computer and then it has a connection error; everytime it already is synced and connected right.

i have a sprint touch pro

Just thought I would also add that it worked fine on the Verizon TouchPro with the following notes:
PC App said it couldn't complete - lost the connection (don't worry about this, just look at your phone - it will have the tri-color screen as mentioned earlier in the thread),
needed to do stylus reset to get out of the screen,
and it didn't delete any of my data! come things like the advanced Advanced Configuration Tool now work!

my fone (htc touch pro Sprint) cannot finish flashing, i tried the Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip and it gives me communication error and i tried loading the set up and it shows the status bar but nothing happens on my fone then i get the connection error.

To you and all the others getting that communication error - I was getting it also. To solve it, go to "Settings" - "Connections" - "USBtoPC" and turn "Advanced Network" under ActiveSync off.

Once I did this, it's worked like a charm every time.

I tried this and it still won't work. I've flashed my (2) previous TPs before with no problems at all. I just got my third one from sprint under warranty (brand new phone) and I just tried to unlock it and received the communication error, just after it gos to the tricolor screen and the status bar says "0%". The first time it actually bluescreened my PC, I had to reboot, but the phone was fine. Every time since I get this comm error. Can anybody help me?

Got a problem: try to run my Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037 on sprint cdma and phone goes to multicolor, then to progress bar. After that goes straight to 100%. Phone reboots and nothing has changed. I did do the .net framework update... what gives?

If it went to 100%, then it sounds like it worked. Did you do step #7 to confirm that it unlocked?

lol @ puff... i hate sprints crappy modification of the phones case... where can i get the verizon's case the rounding **** pisses me off to no end... since WHEN does business make anyone think of ROUND... WHEN PEOPLE WHEN...

as for the Hard-SPL, I really do have to wonder if their will be a better version of HSPL anytime soon... im hesitate to flash my phone with the SPL's right now that are (from what im reading, no offense to the ELITE team...) glued togeather... (and no i couldnt do it if i was asked or paid but id gladly donate for further work expecially if it turns out that the SPL is responsible for CDMA lacking a working FM feature or even stable with the MFG commands and the such)

I did all the steps, (though the conversion took only about 10 seconds instead of 10 minutes), and to make sure that it worked after my phone rebooted, i went opened the bootloader but i kept running across an error so i'm assuming this didn't work. Was it that i did something wrong?

It works fine I have had no issues and I have un-locked at least 20 phones for friends and family.....so I am not sure what you are referring to as glued together.....
