Scratch the copy paste and go directly to the buttons assignment. In mine, which is a brand new build, no changes; there is already a TaskMgr.lnk under the Windows directory. This means that you can go to Start-Settings-Personal-Buttons and change it there. Go to the bottom of the Program Buttons screen and drop down the list. Pick TskMgr not Tasks which is MS tasks for outlook. Select OK and your done. Try it out.

Lots of background stuff. I like it because you have a little more control over things than with the other one. Once you get use to it you will find it saves time because you can access it from anywhere and not just the home page. I find that with the clock you have to press and hold and wait and hope it works. This will let you cut crap you don't need to speed up the phone. Also, if you check out the settings you can set tabs and stuff.

Usually the ones you would wan to stop will have a picture icon like it would in the clock task manager. Try clicking on Menu-Tab options-Select Tab-Applications. This is less busy. You may want to explore the other tabs too.
