Did you change the background?
The default wallpaper doesn't show the icons behind the slider.
It is transparent as stated so pretty much any other wallpaper will let them show through.
Try a darker wallpaper and see if it fixes that.

It's not a sprint problem I am not in USA and only reply one time and if I try again never work for me.

To access the bootloader screen to flash stock you must press the reset button with the stylus while holding the top power button and the volume down button. Hope this helps
once you get that simply run the exe rom to fix your phone.
