Not sure if Fusion is the same, but I use Google Voice, I type *38+[TALK] to disable. To enable, I type *28(number)+[TALK]. This is on a Sprint TP running on the Sprint network.

Not sure if it is just for land lines or not.
I believe that is for Land Lines not mobile lines. I came across that as well when Google Voice was first coming out to see what needed to be done. Never could get it to work with those *number combination's.

*72 is regular call forwarding
*73 is no answer call forwarding
*74 is busy call forwarding
*28 is a combination of both 73 and 74

*720 to turn off call forwarding
*730 to turn off no answer call forwarding
*740 to turn off busy call forwarding
*38 to turn off *28 forwarding.

*72 is Unconditional and will be charged 0.20 cents per minute.
