Re: OMJ's HTC EVO 2.3.3 Custom ROMs | GingerBread 4.24.651.1 | *Updated 7/2/11*
Tested on odex. Might work on deodex with a del of the installed odex files. I only use odexed roms so i cannot test.

I looked at all 3, they look like they would work on either odex or deodex

Re: OMJ's HTC EVO 2.3.3 Custom ROMs | GingerBread 4.24.651.1 | *Updated 7/2/11*
Need some help. I have an older EVO and neither version works on my device. I unlock the screen and every application has stopped unexpectedly. Any thoughts or ideas to try...

I had a couple fc's on both phone with this current version. Did you restore apk's and data at the same time? Did you fix permissions with rom manager or fix apk uid mismatches in amon recovery yet ?

Nothing but the rom flash. Just really starting to learn and get into this root/rom stuff. Basically get my desktop but all phone features, android.core features, google features force close and continue to force close. Back on supersonic rom with broken video camera mode and stuff now...

Wirelessly posted (HTC Evo : Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.3; en-us; Sprint APA9292KT Build/GRI40) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)
The problem here seems to be switching from odex to deodex versions. I found that wiping multiple times can still leave remnants of the previous rom behind causing issues on the new flash. Im not a dev but I would think devs want to have a meeting of the minds to discuss this problem. This is becoming too common to be user error. Even the superwipe flashes sometimes don't work...somethings up here.....
