I wish this rom had been my first rom to flash! It would have saved me a lot of time.

How stable is the Netarchy 4.21 Kernel you are using? With this kernel, can I use setCPU to overclock? I just rooted my phone yesterday...your rom is the first I've used and it is nice! When flashing kernels, themes, etc. do they simply work in conjunction with the flashed rom? I would back everything up before do, just want to understand what happens after the fact.

Re: [ROM] Azrael X v2.1 (12/07/2010) NEW and improved

So after running this rom for a few days as is, I decided to flash the "theme based off riptide" and Netarchy 4.21 Kernel. Yes I did a nandroid back up, wiped data/cache/devlik. After doing so, it rebooted but was stuck on the htc screen with the guy and keep looping. Pulled the battery, wiped everything and rebooting..same thing. Had to reflash the rom and everything is working. Has anyone experienced this?

Should i flash one, reboot, flash the other? Not sure what the problem is...

Flash the ROM only, boot it up, set up your Google Account, reboot into recovery.

Wipe cache/Dalvik, then install one thing only (theme/kernel/mod)

Reboot the phone. Let it load into your home screen. Reboot into recovery.

Wipe cache and Dalvik. Flash second thing. Reboot.

Repeat for every add on, always do them one at a time. Not only are the chances of it working greater, you can troubleshoot if one of them is causing an issue.

Especially for themes which modify the system framework files.

Ok, thank you sir. I am so amazed with the battery life! Did you notice a significant decrease in battery life with the Netarchy 4.21 Kernel?

Where do I disable Adobe flash from updating? I just nstalled this rom and tried out HULU and It seems to continue to run with no way to reopen it? Any suggestions are welcome. Also- Where can I get more ring tones or stock ones? Can I just insert new ones in a particular folder?

In the market, make sure the check box for automatic updates is unchecked for Adobe flash

I have not installed flash player. Is that the problem? Hulu keeps running (sound only) after I exit it. I don't see any way to do uncheck anything in Market.
