ok... so af far as i know if u didn't wipe and also dont want to wipe u can try to d/l rom manager from the market and there is an option there to fix permissions.. that might just fix it.
even if u did wipe u can try it also.
just to make sure though which rom are u using?

mmm... never even thought about making a zip file for it.

u would need to add back HtcLockscreen.apk and modify the Framework...
it might work just by adding back the htclockscreen.apk though... im not 100% sure if it would though.
if u dont know how to add the original Htclockscreen.apk let me know ill make a zip, also if it doesn't work by just putting back the apk ill make a zip with both changes.
i attached the HtcLockscreen that comes with Detox theme.
let me know if u get stuck. or if u just want the original look that sense has.
Attached Files
File Type: apk HtcLockScreen.apk (681.5 KB, 4 views) Click for barcode!

please let me know if its working for u because i used adb to replace files and not the zip.

ill update the roms later on when ill have more time... i found that the reason was the flash apk's... i had the same issue with voicesearch prior to releasing the rom... i think there might be more things i should look at.
so far all working... ill also add a flashable zip of a diff htcfacebook... maybe that will solve some issues for some people.

edit:
actually... about facebook please look here:

I tried the flash zip and im getting the same results as before. I tried installing my flash.apk on top of the zip and still its a no go. Did it work on your rom?

yes it works...
but, like i said i used adb to go through the process...
anyways... i guess its a must to erase the files before replacing them... although from what i know u dont have to if u flash it like the zip file.

erase the files from the system/app folder.
then either flash, or simply install the apk's that r in the zip file.

What files ned to be erased and how do you erase them? I found out theres no way to do it from the phone. I thought flashing the zip would overwrite the necessary files and itll work.

If you flash the Detox theme it will restore a modified version of HTCLockScreen.
forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=129581

It will also take away battery percentage mod. You would have to flash the fresh_black version of the mod to get it back.
forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=729488

At least its working that way for me.

are u sure u wiped before flashing... and are u sure u fully rooted also.
i really think u r the only one with this issue.

i thought so also... but maybe not... i guess i do have one question though... did u uninstall flash10.1 before flashing the zip?
what i did was basically uninstall flash 10.1, then use the file explorer to go to system/app (make sure u also push the mount button before u try to erase things) then just erase FlashLightPlugin.apk and Flashplayer.apk... thats what i did through adb.
now i installed through adb but from what i can tell so far im not sure u know how to... so after that u can try to flash the zip file... if that fails again, go back again and erase the file again only this time use the apk files that r in the zip file(just use 7-zip to extract them) and copy them to your sdcard, then use the file explorer to copy them to system/app.
that should be it.
to install through adb all u need to do is have android sdk, then from cmd window in windows u go the dir where android sdk is, connect the phone in debug mode, and just use the following command:
adb install [the dir where the apk file is]/[the apk file].apk and that will install the apk on your phone.
u can also use the push command but install i think is faster and u have to type less.

yea... u got it right... that will do it for sure.
and if u want the "round" stock look to the lockscreen u would need the original HtcLockscreen apk but both work the same way... just a diff skin. (u can just replace the file with in the zip file if u want)
