was asking about the clear temp, is it done before the wipe or after just asking for the best performance. Cause I read andunderstand that you perform the clear temp then do your normal wipe process, just want too make sure I am on the same page.

OMJ have you thought about changing the icons on the top yo have differbt colors, like Bluetooth Blue when conncted and grey when not, Data alternate Blue and red on bars that show data is downloading Battery show percentage and colored. Like in Windows Mobile days. Virus has something like this but went away when he went so wild in ideas , to me.

I was running the clear temp prior to doing a nandroid backup......I think that is what it was intended for.

I usually dont do that much customizing, because one user may love it, and another may not. just as ThatOneUser said, I try to keep is close to stock to give u the ability to customize as u see fit.....unless I'm doing a themed rom, then I would customize more.

Ok, may be a dumb question or I missed it in the thread but do I just put Calk's clear temp.zip on the sd card and flash it from rom manager? (still learning as I go)

well that's one way.....I dont like rom mgr......I do all my flashing from recovery....it just feels like oldschool

You use Clockwork or RA? ... when flashng from recovery do I need to re-name it to update or will Clockwork see it in the root and handle it no matter what it's called? ... also, can I use "advanced" recovery options to replace only the data.ing from the nandroid after installing a new rom?

Wondering if someone can help here. I wiped cache and davlik, and installed 3.8x. I am trying to restore via Ti Backup, I installed busybox, hit restore missing apps, but it is just restarting on the first app that it is trying to restore.

Anyone have an idea? I am considering doing a nand restore of the prior version and making sure busy box was installed the first time around, but I am pretty sure it was installed the first time around.
