I have 4.3 on my sd card. Are you saying to delete that and then redownload rom again and flash?

redownloaded 4.3, flashed format all 3 times and rebooted, still the same problem. dammit.

I hboot the all in one it got me up to date im running on stock. Now im trying to flash to new rom but its not letting me. Something is wrong with recovery mode

I flashed 4.3 via rom manager which also gives me the option to wipe. Then with the pro version of titanium backup, restored all my system settings and apps and their settings. Real snappy fast rom. No problems with it for me.
