i'm not sure of the differences between .2 & .3, but they both have a newer kernel & camera....also, these updates from what I read are for the latest v4 EVO's but are backward compatible for the older EVO's too.

Grrr, i didn't do a wipe before switching over to 3.9 (i know i know)...i've been getting lazy lately so I just flash atop of a previous flashes. It's been doing good so far until i hit 3.9, now it's FCing everything. Oh well... luckily i backup b/w flashes.

I'm using OMJ 3.7 build with nets 4.2.1 beta less agg, i run nexus live wallpaper with the clock animations and everything is zippy fast, when i jumped to OMJ 3.8 and 3.8x everything wasnt the same, it got choppy with the animations, like the nexus light beams ran slow and weather looked choppy going across the screen, what is the reason for this, and what kernals do you recomend with your newer builds, thanks for any info :)

I did the same thing. Hope I can fix it. Lukily I've become a back up wh0r3.

My phone has been going nuts today... CONSTANT REFRESH icon on the top of the phone.. It's been killing my battery... Sprint has been trying to send something through... I hope the new 3.9 ROM takes care of it. I've reboot, removed the battery, reboot again and still no solution.

Thanks.. Do you have a link to the "rooted stock rom". If I install that rom it will remove the signature on the ABOUT PHONE and make it appear as a stock phone, right?

That only worked for a few days... My phone has been going ballistic today... I've reboot, pulled the battery, turned on plane mode, and still the refresh keeps coming back once I get online again... It started happening this AM.

I think it has to do with 4G network. Something is getting pushed through only when I'm within range of a 4g network. (not sure if possible or not)

When I'm at home (no 4g) the refresh wasn't happening. Once I got to work this am, the phone started going haywire.. I have 4g at my office. ??:dontknow:
