I'm pissed. I did a backup with Titanium and I'm getting parsed errors. Anyone know how to fix this crap.

Remember to change the file name to update.zip that worked for me, the rom is fantastic my battery last all day, I just use it to play my music the whole time and moderate internet use. \\:D/

I backed up all apps and then I wiped completely from 3.3 before flashing 3.5. This sucks.

I doubt it's the ROM.
Did you install busybox?
In Titanium click Problems and then Install Busybox.
That should take care of it.

Did anyone know how to get better battery life from the current Rom?

Well when I was on 3.3 and tried to open TB, it force closed everytime. So what I did was went to the developers site and downloaded an older version. I backed my items up and went into the TB folder on my computer and all the items were 0kb or 2kb. I reinstalled the same version of TB when I loaded 3.5 rom and I even did the busy box, and this did not help.

Same as every other ROM-make sure your up to date on the latest radios, wimax, PRL, and PRI.
Ensure you are synching only what you need and then only when you need it.

You can go so far as disabling radios and features that you are not using (GPS, wifi, data, 4G) but IMO this is 1) hamstringing the device and therefore kind of defeating the purpose of having such a feature packed, powerful device in the first place and 2) from what I've read-disabling features can actually HURT battery life as resources can be wasted in the search for the things you've turned off.

IMO the battery calibration "trick" can be helpful-charge your device till you get the green indication light of a full charge. Unplug the charger, wait for the light to go off and reconnect. Once you are green again (in seconds or minutes) turn off the device. Your indicator light will most likely turn red, wait for green. Once green with the device off, disconnect/reconnect and wait for green again. I do this once or twice, I've seen recommendations for up to 10 times (10X is a waste IMO).
Once you are done reboot the device into recovery and wipe battery stats.
I think this has a positive effect after the initial flash of a ROM, not something that needs to be done more often than that. YMMV.

Hope that helps.

The only time I've seen parsing errors is when I've forgotten to dl busybox first.
It sounds like something is corrupt within your TiBackup.

DO you have a nand you can restore? I'd go back to that if you can so you have as much data/apps installed as possible, wipe out your current backup and re-save all data/apps.

If that is the only issue you are having then like I said earlier-I dobut it's the ROM and something is fouled within TiBackup.
Good luck.

Yes, I tried that as well. Wiped all old backups. Guess I'll try mybackup pro. I will save this current setup now, go back to 3.3 and backup all my apps then flash this nandroid restore for what I have and restore apps.
