How are you trying to install it?
I just installed it on 3.8x (as far as Angry Birds is concerned it's the same as 3.8 )
I installed it fine from the Market and then from TiBackup. No issues.
The Market has been wonky the past few days. I read it was having issues due to the 3.30 leak.
If you are tying to install it from a TiBackup file-did you dl a copy of BusyBox? That might help.

OMJ-sorry Bro-tried 3.8x to test 4G and wireless but even though 4G is now in Tampa I cant get it in the house ](*,)

I have not had time to update since OMJ's 3.5 version and for some reason I am having trouble searching in this thread.

Does anyone know if the streaming music issue has been fixed in any of the subsequent builds or if there is a fix that will work even if I reboot? I love the 3.5 version and just want to fix the streaming.

Hey iknowsquat, I know you :)

Not only is the market wonky as you say, the 3.30 OTA has an older version of the market which is causing the download problems and other issues. I fixed this in my newest ROM (Azrael 2.4 available here and on XDA of course.) by using a newer version of the market from my older ROM (irony at its finest!).

The easy fix for the market issues is to turn on Wifi and then open Google talk. That works like every time for me. My downloads will be stuck while on 3G, so I connect to my Router using Wifi and then open Google Talk and the stuck downloads all start downloading.

The harder fix (which is better handled by the ROM creator) is to replace the market with a newer version from a 3.29 ROM.

i installed it and now i can see it but when i try to run it i get the Error:

" the application FM radio (process com.htc.fm) has stopped umexpectedly. Please try again"

something was not right.. any ideas?

on 3.8 wifitether doesnt work so good because of apps2sd but hotspot will work


on 3.8x no apps2sd but both wifitether and hotspot work great.

but i mean am I gonna get charged for using the sprint hotspot or by fixed does it mean use in place of wifi tether? I remember it wouldnt let me use it since I am not paying for tether plan so Im just making sure.

Im runnin 3.7 and when i try to flash kings kernel #11 and after i do so my wireless tether disappears any reason why and wipin data and cache could that be the reason

No charge. In fact I am on it right now, I dumped my home internet for the time being and strictly use my EVO to tether.
