What is the difference between deodexed and odexed? First post and new to the site, so please be patient. Thanks in advance.

if you flash stock rom yes youll lose root unless you used the unrevoked forever tool

if u flashed a theme now your in boot loop
do this

flash rom let boot completely to home screen
then go back to recovery then flash theme

i seen the attached fmradio zip... but im trying to install from OMJ's removed apps.
I wanted to install but it doesnt let me " application not installed" , error message..
I also copied them to system/apps.. its in the folder, but its not in my apps,.... I have done it before on previous roms where I remove and put back in... Im on 3.6 odexed.

OMJ, IM running the odexed, 3.6.. was just wondering why it didnt install..

if i remember correctly they did work like that with 3.5 deodexed.. as far as removing them and adding them back..

I'm really not sure....I've never tried adding a apk to /system/apps to test.....did you try the flashable version KarlE posted? it may not work for odexed....if it doesn't try the one I'm posting...

sorry, both of these files didn't work.. :violent1:

I did test out with the 3.5 removing other files like fliker, twitter and more to test.. and was able to put them back, but that was with deodexed...

I dont use the htc fm radio anyway... not now anyway... no reception in my job for that...
was just playing around testing different things...
