Is there some reason why my custom flamerise tsk wouldnt work anymore with the latest kitchen? I replaced all the base image files with my own and replaced OMJ's flamerise.tsk with my own. It's what Ive always done and it worked, but now for somw reason it doesnt. Any help?

Sorry I'm not answering your question, but what did you customize on the flamerise.tsk i want to change the button press and menu selector colors to grey instead of the default blues used... PM me if you like so that we stay on-topic in this thread. Thx

Sorry, I just change the backgrounds in it. I like the theme so I didnt mess with it.

On another note, some other issues with the latest kitchen:

-Start Menu custom folder icons are no longer there.
-Google maps cooks in regardless of whether you select the ext or not.
-theres no EXT for the ringtones so you cant deselect or edit it for space like you use to be able to.
-and of course editing the Flamerise.tsk doesnt seem to work

In my last 2 builds of 28002 I'm having a crazy issue with the dialer (pic below) somehow it comes out oversized and has a scrollbar? happened in kitchen 1.3 and I figured 1.4 would fix it but issue persists. Only happens to Tachi PhoneCanvas 4.10.34656.1, both other phone canvas's cook in fine.

OMJ has anyone else reported an issue with the Tachi dialer(s)? To be a little more specific I've only witnessed the issue with the Black/Green version as it's the only one I tried in both kitchens 1.3 and now 1.4... screencap attatched to post I quote above.

Everyone else should do the same if they don't like something in particular with the Kitchen. Just dig in, do some reading, and ask some questions (or a SHIT LOAD if you are me ) and before you know it you'll have your kitchen just how you like it We are fortunate to have OMJ sharing this AND SUPPORTING it which is very time consuming on his behalf.

no, this is the 1st I had heard of this....but I stopped using the tachi dialer awhile ago & switched to Rhodium dialer. I saw a similar post @ xda about a different dialer. I believe it is related to the phcanrc.dll file, but I do not know how to fix...

I set the theme during customization. you need to edit config_operator.txt located @ \EXT\Diamond\Common\Packages\Carrier - Generic\files

as for setting the wallpaper, try this code:

I did find that there is a copy of your Flamerise.tsk in HTC Sense - Tweaks 6.5.1 along with a copy of all the stwater's and welcomehead files. So basically ot was cooking that on top of my stuff. When I added my flamerise and images to the Tweaks 6.5.1 EXT it fixed the issue.

Done! Thanks! BTW why have the GPS-GMM EXT in there if there's a Google Maps EXT too? Is there something special it does for Sense that the reg GM EXT doesn't?

I do understand that your kitchen is set up the way you like it, I was just noting things that seemed different from the past versions. Can you share where the ringtones are at so I can delete some? I've been using htcRIE after building the nbh but I'd like to be able to remove them from the kitchen if possible.

lol, maybe I should make the flamerise theme its own ext.

I was originally using the Google Maps EXT, then I found out the show address on map wasnt working, so I went back to GMM, I left in the Google Maps EXT cuz it was a newer version, and someone may want it if they didnt care about the show address feature.

I only added 4 ringtones, they are @ \EXT\Diamond\Common\Packages\Carrier - Generic\files the sprint files folder too

I had to get a new laptop, 1 thing I don't like about it is that it has vista, I'm trying to load your new kitchen in and it says I need to be administer in order to run it, got any ideas?

right click run as admin and if that doesn't work then open security center and turn off user account control
