I just went back to 28014 (after trying 23529) and now there is a new kitchen. I'll probably give in and give it a try. I wonder if you'll reconsider the 282xx builds in the future? Regardless, thanks so much for your work/time OMJ, it is appreciated.

not sure about a video but I started cooking my own ROMs not too long ago and the directions posted by OMJ in the 2nd or 3rd post of this thread were very helpful. Also checkout mystery's kitchen thread. He also has a mini tutorial in the thread thats helpful.

Trust me, its all pretty simple once you finish reading the mini tutorials.

i'm having an issue cooking a rom without sense... i tried making just a simple titanium rom but something is missing in volume control. When bringing up volume control i see white spaces where text is supposed to be. This happened on the titanium erv, my own build with different volume controls, and my own build without volume control and then installing a volume control cab. I think the issue comes with the htc fonts missing. When installing Sense it works fine. anywhere i can find the missing files to bring it or know the missing package to install in the kitchen without using all sense?

Nice job removing those unnecessary OEMs.
That freed up over 20MB with my compilation.
So far everything works and I have more free space with this new sense 2012.
72MB after flash. (with youtube, googlemaps, opera, rhodium ringtones, and a few others added back in)

The new sense is definitely a keeper.
Unfortunately it doesn't have cover flow landscape for music and pictures.
I was looking forward to it but it's no big deal.

I can't wait for those mods to pour in.

Just wanted to say thanks... I used your kitchen to create a mix and match Kitchen since Caulk closed his touch pro kitchen finally I have Sense 2012 with manila 2.5 working. Almost as fast as 2.1 but looks a lot better

platformrebuilder just errors out, and at the exact same point! I added no EXTs or anything before this point either.

you ever find out the solution to your problem??? im having the exact same issue now with OMJs latest kitchen....havent really changed to much...just deleted a couple packages that had no use to me.

redownloaded the kitchen, not sure as to what happened..

heyy OMJ i noticed that some of your premade saved files in the latest kitchen has LZX compression enabled? whats the benefits to this?

I have weeded out alot of older packages, and also the duplicates in the OEM. Only the 2012 templates are up to date, so if you use any other, there may be packages that are not selected that you will need to select.

I also went alittle nuts & removed alot of ringtones, alerts, wallpapers & themes. I was going to create a package for them but for got, see the attached file.
