the battery drain has to do with the screen brightness. You can go into power settings and select auto brightness which will bring the brightness down depending on the light level. you should save alot of battery that way.

no I have done that plus a few reg edits, and its still not really comparable to other roms

Also if you disable the rapid charge toggle and charge the battery normaly, your battery life will be alot better. Test it for yourself and see how it works.

No problem man. least I can do! by they way, after flash there is approximately 35mb left in storage. I am down to around 20 now with a few programs installed and setting up email accounts. it seems to run well. pics and videos is a bit slow compared to other roms but no big deal. NRG, any chance you can leave Arcsoft off your next build? Seems to be a ton of users having a hell of a time getting the one you cooked in working.... and some of us are unsuccessful uninstalling and installing carrier specific versions.

I keep running the remove Arcsoft cab and installing one of the Sprint versions floating out there, however it keeps telling me that the install is unsuccessful due to the programs not being digitally signed.
