Answering my own question - just found it on another forum, tested and it works like a charm!

This is a great ROM, when I install the few apps (S2U2, fingerkeyb, musicID, etc.) that I like and use I am left with only 10 megs of storage and that runs of after the cache fills. Anyway to trim some bloatware out to make this a daily use ROM..... Great work and solid but just overly bloated. Three GPS apps that do the same thing, and menus on and off, etc. Anyway you can release your kitchen?

I know you have A LOT of projects on the go and im sure your real life is just as busy, but the only reason i ask is because after a fresh flash there is very little space left on the main storage and its hard to get everything you want on it, and ppl have to make sacrifices to apps they already use and are used to working with. if you had a version that could be customized by the users i think, no pretty sure this would be the BEST rom out there!!!!! and I'm pretty sure that a lot of ppl out there would support this suggestion(I'm sure they even already asked, I missed it if they did, and sorry for bringing up a question that's be answered before) if you made a version like this I'm sure it would be a great hit!!!!. Please don't take me wrong... Keep all the sweet customizations and all that cool stuff, just clean up all the pre-installed apps to a bar minimum, so us the users can just install the stuff we like and normally install every time we flash a rom!!!! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING you do for all of us here in the community!!!!
THIS IS WHAT I DID TO REGAIN ALL THE LOST SPACE ON THIS ROM
with no reply to my post above i went ahead and did this
what i have done to remove all the bloat and excess, un needed software on this rom is i coped everything out of the windows dir , and put it on my desktop, i used note pad to make dummy files(files that are 0k) and copied over the ones in my windows dir, but only did this to files that are unneeded and was able to install everything i like and still have TONS of space on the main storage!!!! i know have a bunch of files that are 0k and wont execute, and is really not taking up any space, i was able to regain all the lost space due to all the 3rd party apps on this rom, and this rom is great thanks

edit- theres been almost every post in this thread is asking for more space!!!! please hook us up with the kitchen so we can make our own? or please can you make us a CLEAN version so we can install what we want??? Thank you very very much if you can help us all out?? we all love this rom just find it hard for everyday use!!!!!!

Pictures of 2.1 can be found in the 2.1 Development thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=542113

The rom space, has always been one of my key problems with making my own roms. Never really figured out a great way to reduce the size of the roms w/o removing features.

yeah I second the clean rom idea, I dont actually use like half of the stuff in this rom but there are also some very key programs in it

a kitchen would obviously be awesome, but if not a clean-er rom would be good

and any idea why the battery drains so fast?

again best rom yet, would just like some more space and a little better battery life

the battery drain has to do with the screen brightness. You can go into power settings and select auto brightness which will bring the brightness down depending on the light level. you should save alot of battery that way.

Hey guys ... my thoughts exactly. NRGZ is one of the most talented chefs we have. I really like all his personal touches, creativity, and attention to detail. I understand how he might be reluctant to release his kitchen. A clean/basic version with all NRGZ magic would be outstanding.
