Try another radio from the radio sticky. Alot of people have had good luck with the Telus radio. I personally used the US Cellular radio for a while with great luck and am now using the Cellular South radio. I am also a sprint user. Here is the link for the radio sticky http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=71409

Alright.. so is that OKAY then... or do u guys want more ? What is the general concesus on stuff that needs to be taken out of the ROM ? TCPMP is a big offender for example at around 6-7 megs. Anything else you guys dont absolutely need ? I could care less since I never use this ROM.. so it's up to you to make it better :P

Personally, I would take out the version of Arcsoft MMS since we can't seem to get it to work without loading a different Arcsoft cab. And I would say anything that can be readily installed to the storage card as a cab(ex:Bing) should be left out.

Thanks for the ROM, this newest version is even faster than before, I don't know how you do it =).

FYI FM Radio is also fixed in this ROM, thanks!

Edit: Here are some specific ones I'd like to see gone: Bing, google maps, arcsoft, facebook app, kevtris, tcpmp, chartcross gpstest, beejive, total commander, pim backup, wifi monster. I KNOW many people want these things built in... so they can keep using the standard roms LOL. This could be a 'lite' rom for all us minimalists who like to add our own programs to the storage card. Thanks for taking the time to make this great rom and taking feedback from us!

Maybe call this ROM a 'lite' version, that way folks can load in whichever programs they want/need.

kinda agree here... certain things are easily installed via cab...

i just ran out of memory (gave me a warning) so i just deleted gmaps and opera from memory... not sure if thats a bad route to take, but i can just reinstall them on the internal storage right????
i think opera freed up over 10MB....

maybe we should get a quick poll up and have each user of the rom state his 2-4 least used programs and maybe leave those out (if they can be installed via cab)

btw, love your rom... im getting a replacement phone since my magnet fell out and will be loading your rom on it.... i can deal with the memory issues if i have to, energyrom is worth it

i would like tcpmp taken out. the program does not have hardware acceleration.
ppl can convert their video files to mp4 and play it with WMP(hardware accelerated).

im happy with the previous build(mercury), but i will upgrade to the newest rom soon.
Thanks for the great rom!

I'm personally fine with that much space, although I wouldn't complain about more. I don't really care for anything to be excluded, but I ask that you please always include Google Maps

I did that on the last rom and the only drawback i noticed was the link on the Internet tab in TouchFlo didn't work anymore. Other than that it was fine.
