Re: |VICT|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Aurora' (23016) ** || Built August 1st ||

Hey LOVE the rom NRGZ28. Just upgraded to latest and it works great! My 2 cents, for what its worth, is that the blinking power icon when you have the phone charging is a little annoying. I'm just not a fan of anything blinking on the screen. But just a minor complaint otherwise its great! Thanks!!

I don't use a lot of the apps, but I don't think there is much of a premium of free space. I mean if you want to install anything else then just install it to the internal storage.

I would like to see a keypad so I can do a little T9-ing (I think I text more quickly on a keypad then a full keyboard) and I'd like to see the storage for the camera be moved to the internal storage.

Other than that I love the ROM.

I've installed 2 apps to the phones storage. Arcsoft MMS(6mb) and Garmin(6bm). I also went thru and deleted a bunch of ringers and beejive, etc. I have 14mb free storage space. There have been several people on the thread who have ran into 'insufficient memory' errors so I think for some people, free space is at a premium =).

I would like to see the Compact Qwerty keyboard, that would make this awesome ROM 100% complete for me.

Thanks for the attempt. I ran the cab but still no go. Not sure why I'm getting this error as I haven't really changed anything since flashing the ROM. Oh well, not a necessity, just would be nice.

Anyone else have any ideas to the error message? I just tried installing the Arcsoft MMS as described and I'm getting an error message saying:

"Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate"

Ahhh...I hear ya. In that case I could do without:
ChartCross GPSTest
HTC GPSTool
Messenger (although keep hotmail support)
Bing
Remote Desktop
MP3 Trimmer
WorldCard Mobile
tBattery
PIM Backup (I used to just keep the exe on my internal storage until I started using Microsoft My Phone)
WiFi Monster (with Sprint there isn't really ever a reason to ever use WiFi)

I don't know how people would feel about the addition of Pandora in a form that works with a pre-editted TCP Window size set to 98304.

Finally I'm not a fan of the action screen. I'd rather have it set to Camera.

Hi, I actually got that same error you got when installing arcsoft on this new rom. But a soft reset and installing arcsoft before opening messeging or anything worked for me. Are you using Titanium? I wonder if it's launching the messaging app or something. Maybe try to disable it and reset and try again.

I think this happens when you go into world clock. Try setting your time by going to start>settings>clock & alarms.

I've tried that already. In fact, I soft reset after installing the cab you sent (after it initially didn't work) and tried to immediately install arcsoft as soon as it loaded and got the same message.

No, I'm not using Titanium. I have an HTC Diamond and the user interface I'm using is Pointui's Home2 (which is great, btw, for those who haven't used it or aren't familiar and works great with this ROM).

I'll try disabling it and trying again.

Something I've never seen: When I start the RUU, after the second Next, I get a message that my main battery power is less than 50% and makes me exit.
I'm looking at a fully charged and normally connected Diamond.
Disconnected and tried again. Only happens on this ROM (so far).
Put into bootloader and seems to be flashing fine.
