You can use the following regedits to restore some CDMA functionality, but it doesnt fix texting.

Here's the reg edit to get some CDMA phone settings back:
Check HKLM > oem > PhoneSetting
Scroll Down and change ShowCDMAServicePage to 1 and ShowGSMServicePage to 0

Just commenting on one thing...

Are you guys experiencing much better experience in using the Music player in TouchFlo/Sense? Compared to 6.1 roms (and especially stock ones), this music player doesn't lag/chop while multi-tasking and it gives better battery life too!

I wonder if this is an improvement in 6.5, or some kind of magic NRG's put into it. I'm betting NRG

I have found a halfway fix for messaging. It enables the messages to be sent and recieved, and you can send through twiddle, just not the manila sms tab.

You need to navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Services\MSG] and change the "DLL" to "MessagingService.dll"

or you can import the attached Reg file.


When sending through the manila sms tab you get the error "SIM card is missing"

Sweet! Maybe now I can flash this! I rely a lot on texting, so I've been missing out on the 2.5 goodness. Have you tried an older 2.1 CDMA sms fix? I wonder if it will work...

Just started using it today from Riley's recommendation. Seems very easy to use and has a very basic layout. It is easy on the eyes, just not quite as nice as the built in messaging app.

downloaded the first one no messageing ,,no hotmail,no footprints,on start up got error message googlemaps.cab missing. had to hard reset...now i am downloading second one will post feedback...thanks almost there....
