I hear you Eric! wow, long with good details. In any event, I really think anyone that's interested in this should create a thread in the diamond forum(not diamond upgrade) on how to use HTCrie. I think it's an interesting tool worth creating a thread because it can be used on any rom. I do like HTCrie as well. It's great for people looking to remove a couple apps they never use without pleading with the chef to make another rom. NRG mentioned he doesn't mind people doing this but would prefer this be done elsewhere so that relevant discussion of his roms can occur. Let's try to keep his rom thread clean. heck by the time everyone pick this up, NRG will be posting clean roms which he has already said he plans to do

Love this ROM as slimmed by PMDColeslaw because I can now add voice dial.
In any case is thee any way to fix the My Location weather display. Mine displays Quebec instead of Montreal and the data is not accurate..I'm not sure where it comes from..It is not the City of Quebec nor is it Montreal..and I can't find a nearby location that matches the numbers it is producing.
Any thoughts?

In your weather tab, locate Montreal through all the list of cities instead of using the "my location" feature and then on your world clock, select Montreal as your location instead of "my location."

I noticed something similiar to this yesterday. was in another area of my city and instead of displaying the city, Pennsylvania was listed. hopefully someone has an idea on this.

Thank you. It solved my immediate problem of the incorrect weather being displayed. In the future it would be nice to find a solution to the incorrect My Location. It seems to have something to do with how the location is determined. The first time I tried it I had agps enable which was about 20 Km off but the correct area for weather was displayed. With agps disabled gps showed the correct location but the weather was incorrect.

If you tap around in the area where you haven't put text, a menu will pop up that has send, add location and upload picture.....

If you didn't want to be "disrespectful" why did you open your mouth? First of all I asked my question from the mobile version of PPC Geeks and the post you refer to was not up when I asked my question. 2nd of all I just read the post twice and see no mention of the Twitter app. 3rd of all this is not the 1st time you have posted a smart a** comment to a question I had. Sorry we are not all unbelievably bright as you obviously are. Judging by the smart a** comments I have seen out of you directed toward other members you must be the smartest SOB on the forum. Thankfully I'm upgrading to a Hero December 1st so I'll just leave this forum now so I don't have to listen to your mouth anymore. Glad I could amuse you old man.

I think he meant that it was funny how long his was and how short yours was right after. Settle down. It's not the end of the world.
