I will tell you that I copied/paste a pp changer into the rom package and changed it to 24mb. didn't appear to mess anything up. Not sure how much it speeds it up though but to answer you question, yes you can use it, I'm just not sure if it actually works.

2. Is there a way to remove all the vibration when I push a button. It makes my hand numb.

I've only been able to receive MMS, but have yet to find a way to send my own MMS.

Oddly, for the MMS that I did receive, it showed up as "Picture Mail", and I'm not really sure if my MMS's had that label in the past.

Im wondering if I should just install JD Arcsoft MMS, but then again that may be redundant.

I have noticed that when using the sip that he as built in (Touch Input as its called on the phone) that the lag was quite apparent on the manila mms screens. I found it worked better while the volume was silent.

That led me to play around with the registry, and got it to work with almost NO hangups. I am using the august release I believe (any way to check???) but found the hang ups were almost non existant once I changed the registry value to not play any noise while keys were being typed.

registry\HKLM\software\HTC\ezsip\clicksoundenabled <-- change value from 1 to 0 as well as the value for vibrationenabled from 1 to 0.

This worked for me, and may help others.

I don't get it. You fixed the keyboard lag on the current releases, or in an August release? There is no (common)keyboard lag in Manila SMS/MMS in the 9/6 and prior release.

I am currently using the august 11th release. I was experiencing lag on every keystroke as if the next letter was hanging on the execution of the sound for the previous letter.

The registry tweaks I did made the keyboard as fast as I can type. I'm not sure what the setup is like on the current release (or any after 9/6 for that matter) but I would be having a look to see it has any result.
