Re: 6-6-09 ~~Bear-Bonz Rom~~ version 3.2 - [Rhodium/Titanium - 6.5 - 21731]

Hey bonz! i have been having problems with the volume control, it seems that it only affects the system volume but not the ringer, i have done no modifications or anything, to recreate it i just move the volume buttons up and down. also it seems that the in call volume is waay to low, also, is there anyway to set the lock not to lock everytime it goes to sleep? also I have been having some problems trying to answer calls because the lock function does not let me answer, the titanium ringer and the htc ringer seem to be competing with each other, when trying to answer a call, i get titanum first, then htc, that is if the lock will let them... i hope i made sense.. .im gonna try this 3.2 now

thanks for everything!

Tap on the area where is says "system volume" and it will change to "ringer volume".

The WM lockscreen will not work with the HTC dialer... period. That is why I have been doing all this work on the WM dialer. To turn off the autolock, go into the system tools folder in your start menu, and use the CSDevCtrl settings to disable it.

Also, After not having my phone on the charger since about 1 pm, I am down to 72% with a few calls, and some moderate testing and internet browsing this evening. Much better than 3.1, which now seems to have been a bit of a fluke...

And I am glad that you'll be able to use the dialer skin. This is by far the most put together, graphically consistent ROM I've seen. Which goes hand in hand with how consistently stable it is too!

Yeah, battery life is good, and I am actually glad to be rid of the lingering glitchyness of nueClock.

I am leaning toward making the HTC dialer the default and include a couple things to make it easy to switch to the WM dialer for those that want to. I'm playing with that right now.

Re: 6-6-09 ~~Bear-Bonz Rom~~ version 3.2 - [Rhodium/Titanium - 6.5 - 21731]

Cool. I was thinking about playing with the Start Menu and Programs tab icons to see if I could come up with a quick and easy way to get them to match the overall theme. I've also modded the TF3D tab icons, based of the Sprint Neon Icons and using and idea I found in the MightyROM threads, the slider now highlights in close to the same green of the notification bubbles. Looks pretty slick, IMHO...

Here's what they look like. I've even thought about dumping the curtain, but that always seems to lead to some weird artifacts showing up along the bottom of the screen, plus the pile of pictures on the photos tab just drives me nuts for some reason..

I can post the cab for this if anyone is interested. I also, for contrast's sake, use the next two things by cmylxgo as my notifications and calendar highlight so they don't get lost with the green on the tab.

Only on the selected and the big graphic when you swipe across the tabs. The inactive tabs stay white.

Can you get the big graphic to stay white and just the highlighted one green?

Honestly, I don't know. The actual icons I modded were 128x128, and it seems that all TF3D does is scale those for the smaller, selected tab icon. The inactive icons are smaller, though, so maybe there is a way to force TF3D to read separate small green icons. I'll dive in right now...
