Are you talking about the 6.5 start menu? I'm confused because 2.1 was also WM 6.5. No you can't get the normal start menu back. Sorry.

Wow I said 2.1 instead of 6.1, sorry. i just find the menu really confusing since I've never used 6.5 and its not in alphabetical order.

I have updated the first post with the download link for version 2.8.

This version is highlighted by the new 21234 sys, which I did have to work with a bit, so I am looking for feedback on anything sys related (by this I mean general performance of, or anything that would be packaged with, WM).

MyPhone is not yet working on this sys. I hope to get it fixed in version 2.9.

Please check out the reSTART tool (thanks Showaco) which you can use to reorganize your start menu, as well as customize the icons. To change the icons you must put the .png files you want to use in the reSTART>icons folder.

running well from what i've used so far. creating a new text is kind of annoying though as you type the name and it starts to predict you have to select the predicted name that drops down from the "To:" line. if the name is not there you can't select a name and have to close the text.. go to your contacts, find the name and go about sending a new text that way.
oh and googlemaps included is not the newest version, just for your info. it prompted me to update once i ran it.
still trying everything out but all seems smooth.

Have you installed a 2nd keyboard via cab after flashing?

I wonder why when I installed the diamond 2 keyboard (not savageracer but from jmztaylor) and then I installed the no arrows, the keyboard doesn't shift down...i have never experienced this problem before. Where the arrows used to be, its just a screen w/ lines across. Its weird..

But just wondering, how did you solve the pop-up box thing on incoming calls? It works beautifully!!
