OK. You're right to hold off. I love 6.5, but I did flash 6 times last night changing out SIPs and settings. No sleep and now I'm getting ready to start again 'cause I want to try something.

But what got me started was I tried the Chronic ROM and loved it, but wanted to make 6.5 my own.

If you don't want to cook your own 6.5 --- don't just try one ROM to see!

Anyone have a comparison of this ROM and JonRom 1.5? I tried ChronicRom for a bit but am now in the process of checking out the others, currently on JonRom for a day or so before I move onto the next one. Looks like JonRom is based off of Calkulin's kitchen? Reads v4.6.1 vs. Cal's current v4.6.4.

to change comm manager u gotta replace the pngs. i'll upload the ones i have for you. not sure if they're the same shade of blue, but prob better than green.

and for task manager.. u need to reg edit..

HKCU\software\htc\taskmanager
add dwords

"ManilaCustomHlDown"
"ManilaCustomHlUp"

and use 0000FF hex

im not sure if the blue matches, but that should get you going.

I find it weird that TW is doing that but it is happening. Flashing stock rom doesn't have any effect on the behavior so I believe it is from kitchen. The only problem is I can't isolate the issue. Selecting or unselecting doesn't matter and always build TW into the panel and thought it is very unusual. Since kitchen has been uploaded again, I will try that and see what happens.

Just flashed Calkulin's 21501 ROM after JonROM's didn't work out for me.
So far, everything working nicely except... the only ringtones that will play are the included Alert tones. The included Rings and my custom ones show up, but won't play. I've moved them from My Ringtones to \Windows\Rings.

Time for bed I think. Everything's getting blurry.
