It actually makes very little difference unless you are roaming or new towers have recently been activated on your network or in a roaming network around you. The Preferred Roaming List only tells your phone what towers are available to it- if the actual service in the area you are in hasn't changed, there is no change in signal quality.
So, it is possible to see a difference after you update your PRL, but it's only going to happen because your phone becomes "aware" of something that's already there.

well i just wanted to know, i dont like waiting, so thats why i prefer to check close to the date of the release.

Sorry to spoil the celebration, but I'm still having the random restart when pushing the power button problem. I went back to stock, hard-reset within stock to make sure, then flashed with the latest kitchen. The good thing is, it didn't screw up my programs and I still get service.

what? i never said anything about he should post it fast for me or anything that has to do with your comment, i was just saying that i dont like to wait and therefore wanted to know a date, i never said release it fast because i dont like waiting! if your not gonna post anything that will help, at least dont put your dumb a$$ comments
