I Have had the same problem. a soft reset will fix it OR if you go into sound and notifications and go to the txt message sound choice, and hit the stop button, then the play button for the sound, it will start up again. but go back out eventually.....weird..

Here's a test build of 4.6. Change log will be up once I get a chance since it's quite long. Also no kitchen yet as I need to finish the Touch Pro kitchen first

The link is busted... but I'm not sure that it's the link- that domain seems to be "missing".
