Re: [ Jan 11 \ OS 5.2.21109 v4.1 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.3, ROMs & Cabs
Calc, I noticed here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=53469&page=4 that you said you are using the slide 2 answer with the cover still. Will you be keeping that one in the kitchen? It's much nicer with the cover.
Thanks. |

ya that's why I would like for someone just to add the cover to this new version, then it would be perfect.

word up.... sorry couldnt resist. ok back on topic. thanks for those that helped me out i resolved my default.hv / user.hv issue by taking each of my added OEM's and trying to install them via nuepackage... the faulty ones revealed themselves very easily that way! Then i just deleted them. I'll work with manually OEMing them later this weekend and see how it goes

By the way, does the SensorLock OEM work for anyone? The icon appears under Settings-Personal, but it doesn't seem to do anything

Re: [ Jan 11 \ OS 5.2.21109 v4.1 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.3, ROMs & Cabs
I've been using 4.0 for about a week I believe, I just noticed an issue with Bluetooth today and was wondering if anyone else was having trouble.
Just to preface, Bluetooth has worked for me on all other ROMS (Mighty's and Juicy's). Here's what happens: I can pair the device just fine. When I turn on Bluetooth, they "connect" and I get the headset icon on top (changes from the Bluetooth icon). Then about 20 sec later it will disconnect, then reconnect. About the time the screen would normally go from dimmed to off. I received a text and it "announced" it on my headset. Later I went to make a call and it didn't pick up on my headset, so I used the phone to complete the call. I thought it was weird, but whatever. Then received an email and it didn't announce it. I've installed a ROAMING cab (to allow me to switch to roaming) and Skyfire, but that's about it, I like to keep things pretty clean. I've installed these on all previous ROMS as well. This is my same BT headset (Jawbone 2) I've had since owning the Diamond. I probably won't flash until ROM's come out based on the new leaked Sprint ROM, but I was curious if there's a cab or tweak I need to make to allow things to be more reliable on the BT side of things. Aside from that, the ROM works great. Last edited by marcjen; 01-16-2009 at 05:50 PM. |
