Thanks, but I'm not sure if I explained my problem in detail enough. I'm currently using Juicy's 4.3 ROM and having an issue with the first letter of nearly half of my text messages disappear upon typing it. It has been reported that Juicy's 4.4 has the same issue. Just wondering if anybody using this ROM/Kitchen has encountered it.

I've had no problems like that.

hey calcu, any changes in manila in the 3.7+ kitchens?

manilaHD doesn't seem to play nice anymore (whether i use the OEM that was working prior to 3.7, or install the .cab)

just displays today screen as if TF3D were turned off

I haven't noticed it on my kitchen but try SIPchange tho, I have the delay set to 35 but if it still does it try 45 and see

I am using Juicy's rom also and don't have those problems but I use spb keyboard you can also try pcm keyboard or zoomboard I didn't have problems with any of those

With 3rd party SIPs the issue is not present, just with the stock ones. I personally like the compact qwerty of all the SIPs I've tried (and I've tried many).

I just found a strange major issue. I don't know how far this bug goes back in releases.

I use Garmin Mobile XT that is stored in the Internal Storage. I have found for some reason it takes a LONG time for the program (installed on the phone) to communicate with the Internal Storage card. For example, when I start typing the City or State, it takes almost 5 minutes or more for it to find the information. This is on a fresh install of 3.8 with only Garmin Mobile XT installed.

I then installed Juicy 4.4 and installed only Garmin Mobile XT and when I type the 1st letter of the City or State, I get immediate search results.

Don't know what would cause this issue but should def. be looked into.

Anyone else notice this ?
