Honestly, I'm already building for 4 per device, so I'm not looking to add anymore but building a ROM takes a couple of mins to do anyways, so design one the way you want and flash away

Hey Calkulin,

Quick question, is there anything special done in your pre-made ROMs that isn't obvious in your kitchen? I just made my first ROM in your kitchen, and it was easy enough but I just wanted to know if I would miss anything by doing this.

Also what pagepool do you use on your pre-built roms?

So, if I wanted a your rom, but no Manilla, would I have to start from scratch and build or could I take yours and just remove Manilla?

Everything he puts in his roms would be in his kitchen. You can check what pagepool he uses by downloading one of his prebuilt roms and opening it with the pagepool changer. It will show the current pagepool.

You can download his kitchen and just deselect everything manila.

when you open the kitchen is starts with calkulin's configuration already selected, all you have to do is deselect the manilla packages.

Just wanted to give a quick thanks for this. I'm LOVING the SPB Mobile Shell flavor. I kept wanting to like the TD3D flavors as the eye candy was great. But SPB Mobile Shell's easy on the eyes too and just so much more customizable and efficient for my day-to-day needs without all the excessive/tedious (IMO) TF3D swiping. And coupled with all these tweaks I now have just about the perfect WM experience. Thanks!

I cooked my first ROM with Calkulin's kitchen (was previously using SSK) and I have a few questions:

Can I change the color of the little circles over the mail and SMS icons in the manila slider that indicate how many new messages there are? Currently they are red.


At boot up I am getting the error "The file 'ilock2' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one it is components cannot be found...", and S2U2 does not work. Any idea what the problem is? Am I missing some component of S2U2 or something?

Upon start up, the ROM goes directly to my inbox, rather than to the Manila homescreen. Any ideas why?

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone, i'm trying to build a ROM with his 4.2 kitchen but i'm stuck at
"btw, bootable ROM will be created!!!" but it doesn't pass this. Any ideas, answers?

what happened to the links for calk's pre-cooked roms? NRG keeps freezing on me so i'm looking for another 6.5.1/2.1, but i'm not ready to cook my own.
