GRRRRRRRRRRR.......I have been at this issue for over an hour now, and I can't seem to find anything worthwhile written in English. I tried the steps explained in the post but it did not work, in fact I messed something up and had to remove MS3 and reload it again. I will figure out something though, I am a man on a mission now.

I have what may be a noob question, but I'm becoming somewhat worried, so I'll ask it anyway:

I flashed this phone from Sprint stock to the new leaked rom (so I could get Sprint radio 1.11) then to MIGHTYROM 4.8 about a week ago. Everything has worked great, except that I've been using data on my phone but it's not showing that I'm using data on my Sprint account. And my other phone (not a PDA) where I also use data shows the data usage within the day.

I'm now about 4 days into my cycle but show "0 k/b" of data used. Should I be worried? (I am showing EV-DO speed, which would have to mean it's connected to Sprint--and not Verizon--towers, right?) I have a Sprint radio (not Telus...etc.) ROM, but could using MIGHTYROM somehow not be connecting with Sprint towers or not transmitting my MSID correctly?

Should I be worried that by using the ROM I'm somehow violating the Sprint TOS?

Thanks for your help...hopefully I'm not the only Sprint user with this issue....

What you need to understand, freeza, is that everyone here knows how much respect I have for Mike, as I will usually couch a compliment to him even if the overall comment is less than flattering. It's called politics.

For many people, myself included, wma files work fine for ringtones. I convert all my ringtone files to wma. The WAV format takes up way too much space and provides more fidelity than a listener using the Diamond's speaker will ever be able to differentiate.
I can see all of my file format/extensions by using TotalCommander or RescoExplorer. Just like on your PC, there is a checkbox to indicate that you want to do so.
The new Sprint Shipped ROM is an exe file. If you are using a RARed file, it's probably the Stock ROM which won't help you much (A lot of stuff stripped out of it). The link goes to the download site where you can get the correct file. It will also install the newest radio. I use this one before flashing any of the new ROMs I'm trying out.

Exactly! But the one on the first post of the unlock, relock, flashing thread is a .RAR file.
And further, I've said before, not everyone has the ring problem but many of those that do have found resolution in converting their mp3s and WMAs to WAV files. Yes, they are much bigger, but for 30 second ringtones its not too bad.
