Here, I ziped both cabs up and attached below. Using it this way has rendered a properly working battery meter for me.
It's not a glitch in the meter. I used the 5% stock, then even installed the 1% one afterwards, but I'm wondering if this is using the 1% battery.dll which is different than the actual meter

Re: How To: Kitchens

I just noticed that the Switch NAM option is now gone from the Phone settings. Is there any way to get it back? I use the NAM1 and NAM2 on phone.

No worries, I figured it out...

Re: How To: Kitchens

It should still be there.... if you include the registry tweaks.

<parm name="HiddenNAMSelectPage" datatype="integer" value="1" translation="filesystem"/>

What'd you do to fix?

Re: How To: Kitchens

I enabled it in the registry. I canged the hklm/software/oem/phonesetting - HiddenNAM SelectPage to O

Now I can have my Telus line on NAM1 and I have a PagePlus Cellular number for on NAM2 taht I use when I am across the border to save on roaming charges.

Well.. All of the keys in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Device is still there, so it seems that previously-paired devices will still work.

But it sucks that the bluetooth utility will not let us edit this list...

Seems like bluetooth is working perfectly, but somehow the control panel is not.

Re: How To: Kitchens

Okay... Still working on the Bluetooth issue...

So I messed around with it for a few hours tonight... I know it worked last night when I paired my laptop and my headset. But it didn't work earlier when I tried to pair it with my car...

I dumped the registry, then hard-reset it and dumped the registry again to see if I can see any difference... Couldn't really see anything... Add option is there, and everything looks normal. I try a bunch of stuff to see if it will fail, but it doesn't. So, I proceed to pair it with my laptop. Worked. Then I paired with my headset. Worked... But Wait... The list is blank! Ah-ha! That's it! After the second device is paired, it breaks.. Well, the two devices still work, but you can't add anymore through the UI...

So, I jump in to the registry and delete my headset. Go back to the bluetooth settings interface and I see the list again.. but with just my one device (my laptop). I add the headset again to duplicate the issue once again. This time, I delete the laptop from the registry. Exact same behavior.

So the bottom line -- The bluetooth settings interface can only add two bluetooth devices before it quits on you... But the devices that did pair up still work well...

In fact, I deleted the headset's registry folder (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Device\<Headset 's MAC Address>) and was able to regain the ability to pair with my car. After that was successful, I found that my headset still worked!

If I have time, I'll look into it some more, but it's nearly 5:30 am, so it's almost my bedtime... I just hope this gives someone who's not a WM-noob (like I am) a huge clue as to what's going on...

Re: How To: Kitchens

Now that I think of it, when I added my second device is when the list deleted too. This also happened to me on Calcu's 2.6 kitchen which is based off the same sys.
