Question Re: How To: Kitchens

This is a question and a suggestion.
I see a lot projects with a stable version.
Which versions are "stable" , with everything known working and can we have mention of that in the first post, maybe in all first posts.

It's nice to have the latest and greatest apps but at the beginning of the day my phone needs to be 100%.

After all even without the latest they're still better than what's delivered on them.

So which OEM SYS packages are stable?

The version D has been very stable. The only bug I've really had with it is the limit of 2 bluetooth partnerships. I'm still testing the battery, maybe it just needed time to get used to the battery who knows.

Re: How To: Kitchens

Please try to spell my name right.

The latest version of the SYS packages are always most stable.

(This is exclusive to each SYS version, 19965, 20755, and 20924)

Re: How To: Kitchens

I'm finding that the battery life is WAY better on the updated packages. I took it off the charger last night at 11pm after I cooked my new ROM. I was curious to see how the battery life would be overnight.

Right now - almost 12 hours later, with about 10 minutes of phone calls, push email, about 10 texts and some playing with system settings this morning, it's still sitting at 75% left.

I am really happy with that. Before, I would never have left it off the charger at night, because it would have been almost dead by morning. I did setup push email to only check every hour between midnight and 6am. I am sure that helps.

Re: How To: Kitchens

Anyone else having problems with the music player not finding your album art with the updated stuff? On the old ROM's it was always found and worked perfect, but not anymore....

The other thing that is driving me nuts is not being able to select more than one email message.

Any suggestions?

Re: How To: Kitchens

My album art is working too. I did have a problem with the stock rom and had to make sure there was a jpeg file in each folder called htcalbum.jpg or something similar. This is a known issue with the music player itself.

Sorry I don't quite understand what you mean?
Are those version NOT stable?

What about the OEM? How does that add to "stability".
I'm really just wondering what the sweet spot is for having everything working, BT, SprintTV, etc.
