Re: How To: Kitchens

............. What items do you have in your second today or have available to you for your today screen? they might be overwriting tf3d. Last edited by highlife22; 11-30-2008 at 02:57 AM. |

Re: How To: Kitchens
hmm.. That looks like the area where the "Alltel" graphic is, in the Alltel Manila.
I don't think anything will be overwritten in BuildOS it'll give an error(?) and stop. But I've had some weirdness with combination of tweaks. I leave them out not and do a .reg import after. Which OEMs as highlife22 asked? SprintTV has worked in every ROM using the right Dshow & Streaming Media drivers. I don't use any of the Sprint extras or the Sprint config, I haven't found them necessary. Hmm.. I don't think those are in the OEMs, Is that what your taking from Calcus kitchen?

I flashed my updated rom and things are great now. Thanks guys for all the advice. I might humbly recommend that this version of the volume manager be added back into the rom builder. Thanks again. |

Re: How To: Kitchens
I had the same exact problem with the 3.0 OEM. I rolled back to the previous one. I have no outstanding problems that I have not been able to fix with that one.

As for the bug... I have no clue I've used my phone quite a bit and not experienced this, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. I haven't changed any drivers or anything else that could effect that, so I'm not sure. Have you tried re-extracting the OEM folder and starting again, in case something was corrupted along the way? That, or something I did corrupted the files before I released them. Has anyone else had this issue? |

Re: How To: Kitchens
There wasn't much changed in OEM3.00 though(?) besides Manila.
Just thinking out loud. I had a similar problem with Juicy 3.2 But NOT with this Kitchen. My phone is extremely stable after a few OEM changes. |

Every time I restart BuildOS, I start from scratch. I did get a nicely working ROM- no more blank spaces and I used the older TF3D so I no longer have the KB issue that I was trying to rid myself of. I know I added Advanced Config and some other Diamond config tools. Hearts. (Tried Kevtris, but couldn't get that to be included.) Blue Flip clock [unsuccessful]. psShutXP. Inbox Menu Extensibility. Not sure if there was anything else. At the time, I didn't have anything in SecondToday as I knew I wasn't keeping the ROM. Now, I have RescoToday plugin, PI8.5 and PhoneWeaver. Re: How To: Kitchens
The default selections are setup by configuring the option.xml file within the OEM folders using an XML editor. It has a setting like:
<Item name="ClearTemp 1.03" group="Applications" checked="True"> You changed the checked part from True to False accordingly. Some OEM folders don't have this file, those OEM folders are included by default. |
