The is no real benefit from flashing a shipped ROM before another. The only advantage would be if your radio or flash is corrupt, which it shouldn't be (as the SPL can't be overwritten).

That being said, if you really believe it will help, you don't need to let the customizations run.

When trying to run the DiamondC_HSPL057.exe its giving me the application error.
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application"... any thoughts?

On my other unlocked htc diamond I just installed the mighty rom and everything looked great except now its saying the internal 4gb card is not installed!?!? Do i need to hard reset it?
EDIT: I also tried to format the internal memory and an error came up saying cannot access mass storage

When I download the Sprint Stock rar my unzip utility will not extract the file because it indicates the is a password required.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I just downloaded the Sprint Stock and Sprint Shipped and neither have a password.

Use WinRar and extract.

ok. so ive dumped my rom & i would like to use the .raw files to create an edited version of the rom but idk how to. ive searched but didnt really find an answer.

mine never reboots in the tri color screen
i leave the usb plugged in the phone
i waited for 5-7 minutes
and it is still in the rgb screen
it does say cmonex at the top
