Fix for the Incoming txt messages not showing the time

I have found the solution. You have to add a registry key under : HKLM\Software\OEM\SMS. Add a Dword: RecvTimeStamp and set it to 1, reset and Voila ! All new incoming txt will have date and time. (Only new threaded txt msgs. If you receive a txt msg in an old thread you will not see the time.)

Let me ask this also...do our phones auto-rotate anything anymore? HTC Album doesn't rotate, nor does Opera Mobile 10 even with the regedit changes. IE doesn't rotate, although I don't believe it ever did. Beginning to wonder if my GSensor is even operational.
It's not your GSensor, mine is doing (or not doing) the same thing. Shadow, you might want to look into this. The Album only scrolls up and down and doesn't matter which way you have the phone. Not sure if this is intended or not. While you're at it, for some reason, the "Album" shortcut doesn't have an icon, was this way on the past two ROMS.

Otherwise, ROM working good.

I'm using my own personal version of a 21889-based Titanium rom, and my Opera Mobile 10 beta 2 is rotating, without any regedits. On a 21887-based Titanium rom, even with regedits, it was not rotating. That makes it sound like something in the sys.

When I click a link that brings me to YouTube page, I click watch video. It opens Streaming Media app, tries to load, buffers and just when the video is about to play, it closes.

YouTube the app itself seems to work (manually search for video). HTC Streaming App does not. Anyway to force links to open in YouTube app? Or to get the Streaming App to work properly? I'm OK with either option.

Hmm. Did anyone check the G sensor polling? I also noticed that the HTC Volume Manager stopped working with 21876 so I think they changed a few core things with the last few builds.

Anyone else having a problem with the phone entering "Emergency mode". This happens once a day for me, not only on this ROM, but also using NRG's.
The only way out that I know is to reboot.
(BTW, I'm using Telus diamond)

Also, I somewhat find the SPB MS a bit sluggish. Shifting from one screen to another is not very smooth. Is this typical?

Lastly, anyway to make the dialer to always remain active rather than the display going off (during a call)?
I hate the fact that to end a call, I have to click power button and then press end call. (my end key isn't working very well)

Thanks for the ROM BTW.

Try doing a clear storage and see if that helps at all and for me and for quite a few others Mobile Shell is pretty smooth, so try a clear storage and report that an if it still seems sluggish ill add it on top of the updates im already doing (they are really stacking up)

I use a program, cab installed, called Touch_inCall that offers all sorts of options regarding keeping the display on, etc. You should be able to find it easily with a search. If not, let me know and I will post it.

i'm running the latest rom/MS/mobile sense and my only problem is the task manager icon in the upper right corner disappears when using MS. If I go to windows home page its still there but Mobile shell seems to be covering it up.
