Same boat ordered Saturday around 5pm stated replacement for my Mogul would be TP. Nothing from them but the initial e-mail that was sent out almost immediately. Nothing didn't show up on ups.com under track by ref #. Then all of a sudden it shows up and is on its way with a sched del of 2/5/09. Already left LOUISVILLE, KY, US @ 5:00 am this morning. So I might get it today hopefully.

For all of you that had an order placed on Sat. Check this site and enter your E###### the 7 digit number given to you in the original e-mail.

No need to add country or zip if it shows up when you click track its on its way if not keep waiting patiently. I don't really see 4 business days for me Mon-Thurs as next day air, however I can't complain $55 + my wragley Mogul for a $600 TP its worth the wait.

The UPS page says I have 2 boxes on the way, I only ask for 1 TP. will sprint come looking for the other TP or can I put it on my other line. I would love to give it to my son for his cricket

Filed for mine on Monday afternoon. It's out for delivery here now. I don't work until later today but I probably still wont be home long enough to get it. UPS always seems to deliver later in the afternoon.

Same here. I ordered mine Monday morning and I got the UPS tracking number earlier this morning... out for delivery today! NICE!

I tried this and it said they were going to send me another refurbished mogul.

Well, they would prefer to replace a broken Mogul with a non-broken Mogul. The only reason you would get something better was if your Mogul was faulty and they have no Mogul to replace it with. In that case they will send you the closest current device. Since Mogul stocks are low, some people who exchange broken Moguls are now getting Touch Pros since that is the current equivalent device.

You can leave instructions on your door for UPS to have a neighbor sign for it. Just make sure it's clearly visible and write "UPS" on it in big letters.
