how does one get tracking info, i just went on phoneclaim.com and got a message stating my claim is being processed check back in 24hrs. i ordered my replacement touch pro at 5pm today

look theres really no way to track it. they send it out so fast that sprint has no idea whats going on. and the checking of the order through sprint is booboo doesnt work (for most ppl). i emailed ecare they told me to call a number, i did, they had no clue. so no one could figure out where my order was and the day they told me tps were backordered and i would get one when they got them in, i recieved my tp. all u really can do is wait. if it said touch pro as a replacement im sure u will get it in 2 days. just erase all your info with clear storage or whichever way u want to go about doing that. if u have unlocked ur phone and used a cooked rom then just load it back to basic sprint spec. bottom line u can ask as many times as u want but no one here can give u a straight answer. email ecare see what they say. call sprint see what they say. to many questions being asked to the wrong ppl. call sprint they can tell u or not tell u or bull*hit u

This is how I found my tracking info. Go to the confirmation email from sprint and get the order number.:

class1c is correct... sprint doesn't know or can't find the order mine was apparently overnighted 1 day delivery? so if you ordered it and they still had stock at that time, it was most likely sent out already... but back to my question, am i supposed to delete all text messages, contact info (hard reset) or do I just leave it with all that info when I mail back my replaced phone?

Ok guys did online with asurion on sunday order said will replace with mogul.called monday lady said moguls are backordered for 4 weeks so she offered me the TP I said YES!My wife called me today said a package had arrived.So of course couldnt wait to get off work got home opened it up and it was my very own ......MOGUL!Called them back told dude new phone is jacked!He said you will have a brand new TP by tomorrow.So we will see!

So today was a good day.I went in last saturday to the sprint store cuz the mogul again was giving me problem so they had to order me another mogul, i was like whatever. So today my mogul just stopped working so went back to the sprint store and i was like iam here to pick up my phone....But they never called me yet to pick it up so i decided i got nothing to loose but B.S them and tell them i got a call.. so the lady went to the back and shes like theres nothing here iam like i dunno they said they were supposed t replace it with the pro... SO she left again and came back with a new pro in the box .. i couldn believe me ... so i got my new phone.. runs very smooth from what i can tell right now.. good look with all you guys tryin to get the Pro and make sure you B.S them all you can...
